Welcome to Your New Team
Onboarding: who we are, how we work and what your first weeks look like
Welcome aboard! We are glad you are here. This page answers the questions most newcomers have in their first weeks: who is who, how we work and what is expected of you. Keep it open — you will come back to it more than once. Replace the examples with your team’s details.
Who we are
— Our team, our purpose and what we value
We are a team of twelve people building tools that help our customers work faster. We ship small improvements every week, talk to customers every month and celebrate every launch — big or small.
Customers first
Every decision starts with the question: does this help our customers?
Ask early
There are no silly questions in your first months — or ever.
Finish together
We help each other get work done instead of guarding our own tasks.
The best thing you can do in your first weeks is ask questions. Everyone here was new once.

| Your tasks and priorities | Your manager | Weekly 1:1 |
| Day-to-day questions | Your onboarding buddy | Team chat |
